The values for ST, DX, IQ, and HT are entered directly into their boxes the values for HP, Will, Per, and FP are set by entering their point totals.Instead they are single line text fields.
The 'Reputation' (Reaction Modifiers) and 'Character Notes' sections are multi-line on the original sheet, but I wasn't able to create a text box that matched the existing lines closely enough.In addition to the blank one, there is also a filled-in sheet as an example of what it looks like with some info on it ( screenshot). As this seemed like a fairly handy thing to have, and I had a couple days to kill, I decided to feed my obsessive nature by creating an interactive/fillable version of the GURPS 4e character sheet. The lack of a PDF character sheet with interactive fields was mentioned recently.
